Matchy Creators: the deal on one page

What you get

1. Your own Matchy deck, free. We send you a one-time code. You make the deck with the link we send you, using your own photos, and we print and ship it like any order. Shipping is on us.
2. Your own code for your followers: 15% off, once per customer, valid until January 31, 2027.
3. 20% of what your followers pay for the cards (after the discount, before shipping and tax) on every order that uses your code or your link.
4. Our video library: ready-made reels, green-screen backgrounds, the ordering steps and captions. Use them in your own posts about Matchy. You can also ask us for a custom video.

What we ask

1. One video within 7 days of getting your gift code (the card reveal works the same day), and one more after your deck arrives (unboxing or playing it). There's no minimum after that; post as much as you like.
2. Say it's an ad, out loud and on screen, for example "#ad, I'm a Matchy partner." Also turn on TikTok's content disclosure toggle. The toggle alone is not enough.
3. Turn on TikTok's AI-generated content label when your post uses our videos or shows the cards. The card art is AI-made.
4. Only say what's true. Use your own honest opinion, and only these facts:

• 12, 24 or 48 cards, from $24.99;
• 3D Film, Watercolor or Anime styles;
• you see your first card before you pay;
• $5 shipping, US only;
• ships in 3 to 5 business days.

Never promise a delivery date ("arrives before Christmas"). Never say free shipping, star ratings or how many people bought it. Don't call it Pixar.

1. The people in our videos are the founder's family and friends. Use our videos as backgrounds, but never present those people as your family, and tell your own story rather than copying ours.
2. We may ask you to fix or take down a post that breaks these rules. Please do so within 2 days.
3. Your code goes in your own posts only. No coupon or deal sites, no paid search ads on our name, no spam.

Money

• We pay every Friday by PayPal, on orders that have shipped. If an order is refunded or cancelled, its commission is removed; if we had already paid it, we take it off your next payout.
• We need a W-9 before your first payout (sent through PayPal's or our secure form, never by email or DM). You're responsible for your own taxes.
• You can see your sales in your UpPromote creator dashboard.

Using your content

• We may repost your Matchy videos on our accounts with credit, and boost them as ads (TikTok Spark Ads) with your authorization code.
• You keep ownership of your content. Either of us can end the boost or repost rights for future use by telling the other.

The rest

• You must be 18 or older and live in the US.
• You're an independent creator, not an employee.
• Either side can end this at any time by email to hello@matchygame.com. Commission already earned is still paid.
• We may pause a code that breaks these rules.
• We'll tell you before anything here changes.
